Greg Siegler advises nonprofit organizations and other entities
on corporate, transactional, commercial, licensing and tax matters. He received his Bachelor’s
degree in 1989 from Stanford University, in International
Relations, and a J.D., in 1995 from Harvard Law School.
Mr. Siegler has served as in-house counsel to publicly traded corporations in Seattle, where he lives and works. Prior to that, he practiced law with the San Francisco firm of Silk,
Adler & Colvin and with the San Jose firm of Hoge,
Fenton, Jones & Appel, Inc. Mr. Siegler also has worked as
a legislative aide to a Member of Congress, as an
adjunct professor in the University of San Francisco’s
graduate program on nonprofit administration, and as a
consultant on judicial reform for a nonprofit organization
in Budapest, Hungary. Mr. Siegler
is conversant in Spanish, Hungarian, German and French, and particularly enjoys work involving foreign languages and other international aspects, as well as representation of religious organizations.
